I founded PURPOSE Life Coaching & Consulting out of my deep commitment to personal growth, mental well-being, and purpose-driven success. With a background as a corporate senior leader in product strategy and over a decade of experience in mentoring, peer coaching, and early careers development, I’ve channelled my expertise into supporting individuals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders through pivotal life and career transitions with clarity and confidence.

Grounded in counselling, coaching, and advanced NLP mastery and shaped by years of designing talent programmes and mentoring both emerging professionals and senior executives.  My approach blends evidence-based methods with practical insight. I help clients break through limiting beliefs, reset unhelpful patterns, and unlock lasting growth.
