Founder

I am an ICF Accredited Coach, Advanced NLP Practitioner, Mentor, and hold a Counselling Level 3 qualification. Before founding PURPOSE, I spent over two decades in senior leadership roles across product development, marketing, strategy, technology, and media. That experience continues to shape how I work today.

PURPOSE grew from a set of values and a belief that the right kind of thinking space changes things. Real progress, for individuals and for organisations, begins beneath the surface of the presenting problem. Not with quick answers or borrowed frameworks, but through the kind of honest, unhurried work that helps people understand what is actually shaping their situation and move forward on their own terms.

The external markers of success and the internal experience of it are not always the same thing.

PURPOSE exists because of that gap. And because closing it, for the people ready to do that work, is where real progress begins.
